Your participation in our fitness classes means the world to us. We know there are many fitness choices out there and we wholeheartedly appreciate that you choose to spend your time with us. We promise to continue to work hard to bring you top notch fitness instruction with acuity and a side of humor. Happy Thanksgiving from our family to yours!
HELP OTHERS WITH A SIMPLE CHECK-IN
We are proud to announce our partnership with Sweat Angles. Now every time you exercise with
Joy of Fitness you can help others and spread the love simply by checking-in to Joy of Fitness on Facebook! Every check-in equals a real world donation. For November, your check-in provides a meal to a Burmese refugee. In December, your check-in will help a child with cancer. Donations are made to reputable national or international organizations that have in excess of two million in annual funding, 100% transparency and are non-controversial. If you have an idea for a charity we can donate to, let me know, and I will share it with the Sweat Angels team. At the end of every month, what our community accomplished will be shared. Whether you take classes at the studio, participate in our running programs or train at home with us: Don't forget to check-in! Your sweat counts for more than doing a body good, it does the world good too!
