Our RCCA certified coaches use proven methods that will have you hitting the pavement and making it across that finish line in no time! As an added incentive, we offer shoe fittings and exclusive discounts through partnerships with local businesses.

5k Training (beginner runner)
Our Couch-to-5k program is a 10-week running program perfect for beginners or fallen-off-the-wagon runners looking to run their first 5k, condition, or increase your speed. We provide tips and tricks to help you ease in and build stamina.
10k & Beyond Training
(intermediate runner)
So you’ve just finished your first 5k…or maybe have run a 5k in the past and are looking to step-up your game. Our 5k-to-10k program may be just the ticket for you. Our coaches and time tested plans will keep you running towards your goals.
