Joy of Fitness Success Story
I struggled with my workout routine between a full time job and two small children.  I gave up my gym membership and began to solely run outside for exercise.  However, I quickly realized I was missing out on cross-training.  I decided to join Joy of Fitness over two years ago, because there were classes later in the evening that I could attend.  I began attending regularly and when my schedule changed and I had my children with me, I could then attend classes during the day as well because of their child-friendly policy.  The non-intimidating atmosphere and the variety of times and classes has made it very easy for me to stay on this routine.  I have really noticed the increase in my strength, flexibility, and endurance.  This past spring I took 6 minutes of my half marathon time! ~ Sara
