Try these exercises for strong, shapely arms!

For many women, arms are the weakest part of our body and as we age they start to develop those annoying swaying flaps. You can't prevent all physical signs of aging from eventually showing up, but you can give yourself a fighting chance by toning and strengthening those arms now. I am not talking about bulking up either. I am talking about total arm conditioning and firming-up. Try the exercises in this Strong, Shapely Arms video series, mix and match videos by doing a different video every other day for a month and you will be sure to get stronger more shapely arms.
