Need a good kick in the pants and some camaraderie to help you tackle getting in shape? Look no further, Joy of Fitness has put together a variety of fitness challenges that will whip you into shape, tone and strengthen your body and help you find grace and calm under pressure. Has your interest been piqued? We sure hope so!
Get moving, feel good and inspire others to do the same. You can choose a challenge and do it at home by yourself or enlist some friends and family to join in on the fun. We have three challenges so far: 30 Days to 40 Walkouts, 30 Days to 30 Push-Ups and Back to Basics Yoga. More challenges to come and choose from.
